I chose this article to write and read about because Lady Gaga is very known for her style and the crazy things she thinks of. As we all know she has had a handful a lot of crazy costume ideas in the past. For the Super Bowl this year once again Lady Gaga went all out with her performance and that is no surprise to people.
Lady Gaga is not afraid to speak her mind and everyone knows that. In the article it is mentioned that Lady Gaga is not shy at all about her political leanings. She campaigned for Hillary Clinton publicily and has repeatedly done that for the election. When people found out about Lady Gaga being the halftime performer at the Super Bowl people also wondered if her political side was going to come along with her while she is performing. Most if not all the fans just want to enjoy the Super Bowl and have fun.
At the beginning of her performance she started off at the top of the arena singing bits and pieces of “God Bless America” and “This Land Is Your Land”. At the end of singing this she did something crazy as usual and jumped off the top of the arena and into the inside of the area. Of course, she had props that helped her but still is crazy.
What I got out of reading this article is that I found out more things about Lady Gaga than I knew. Me personally I don’t pay attention to Lady Gaga that so I didn’t know about her political side and that she is not afraid for show it. Another thing I learned about Gaga is when she is giving a speech she is always very compassionate about what she says and makes sure what she says is heard.
